TIH 220M/MV SKF Induction heater 10kVA, 200-230V/50-60Hz

The SKF TIH 220M/MV large induction heater is a reliable and robust induction heater. It is suitable for heating bearings up to a maximum weight of 300 kg (660 lbs) and solid components up to a maximum weight of 150 kg (330 lbs).

Advanced power electronics design including current and overheat control, combined with user-friendly features such as sliding arms and remote control are standard in the TIH...m series. Foldable bearing support arms allow larger diameter bearings to be heated and reduce the risk of the bearing tipping over during heating.

Maximum efficiency is achieved by placing the induction coil outside the heater casing, in the middle of the bearing, resulting in shorter heating time and lower energy consumption.

The LED operation display and control panel are integrated into a remote control, making the heater easy to use. To suit different operating voltages worldwide, the TIH 220m is available in different voltage variants.
